An Affordable Education

Tuition & Fees

Valley of the Sacred Heart Academy is committed to offering an outstanding education at an affordable cost to families.

  • Montessori Tuition (TK-6th) for the 2025-26 academic year is $4,500. The first two children are full price and $4,000 for subsequent children.

  • Junior High Tuition (7-8th) for the 2025-26 academic year is $5,500. The first two children are full price and $5,000 for subsequent children.

  • Chesterton Tuition (9th-12th) for the 2025-26 academic year is $6,000. The first two children are full price and $5,500 for subsequent children.

  • The non-refundable family registration fee is $350 for 1-2 students and $450 for 3 or more students, with a material fee of $100 per child. Registration paid after May 1 will increase by $100 per child.

  • Chesterton book fee: add an additional $375 to yearly tuition if you use the Chesterton books (families may opt to purchase books and start a family library).

Tuition does not cover the full cost of an education at VSH Academy. Therefore, families are expected to aid in fundraising efforts throughout the school year.

Financial Aid

Scholarships and tuition assistance are available to families who apply and qualify for aid. Valley of the Sacred Heart Academy utilizes the services of FACTS to help us allocate fairly our limited aid dollars.

  • The student application process must be completed in full before being considered for tuition assistance.

  • There is a $45 family application fee.
